Terrible experience here. I knew of the bad reviews but bought the Groupon anyway, as I wanted to get a couple of low-cost gold plated necklaces repaired. I was told it would be a week because they needed to order a part, so I waited a week and then called them to make sure they were ready. They NEVER answered their phone and their voicemail box was full, so I couldn't leave a message. I waited another week and went back to the store thinking surely the necklaces are ready by now. Nope. They still didn't have the part, so I made the trip for nothing. I finally was able to pick them up a few weeks later and literally the day after I wore one of the necklaces, it broke in the SAME spot they fixed. Seriously, don't bother with this place, it's not worth saving a few bucks!
These guys are classy... Very impressive watch collection on display. Also check out the audio system that they have in the store! Nothing that has to deal with what they sell but shows that they have a pretty good taste for quality goods.
