There were extra charges for salt-stain removal; for my car being an SUV and I bought a seat shampoo but they did a good job with the carpets and the seats (got rid of old stains from my kids!!). Drawbacks: I had a 1p.m appt but they did not start my car until 2 so that was inconvenient. Also, once nightfall came, I noticed that there were streaks on the inside of my windshield that I needed to clean myself. Next time, I won't get the whole package, but I'll get the things I know they can do well.

I was surprised that a "VIP Detailing" package didn't include shampooing carpets, but I did pay the uncharge of $20 for carpets and $20 to remove salt (not too impressed with that charge). In the end, I was pleased with the outcome of the job, and they completed it in the time they said they would.

they did a great job! The leather looks like new!
Keep your eye on the "extras": large car, salt stains, tax, gratuity, etc.
They aren't really near anything so bring a book and go to Subway next door to wait. Takes about two hours.
