The certified instructors of Avani Yoga provide two kinds of support: emotional and physical. The first kind becomes apparent during their Hatha and Vinyasa classes, where a nonjudgmental, familial vibe permeates the room. Small class sizes and personal guidance help students—most of whom have never practiced yoga before—to achieve different milestones.
