Since taking root in 2008 with two 300-gallon tanks in an airplane hangar the brewery now has a 23,000 sf. state of the art brewhouse in Fuquay Varina. Inside the tanks, frothy brews such as best sellers Devils Tramping Ground Tripel and HogWild IPA wait for year-round sampling. A rotating series of inventive IPA’s, Porters, Stouts and Sours will create a perfect sampling experience.
Nearby, on Broad Street, Aviator also operates a TapHouse, with three separate bars serving up 20 plus frosty brews at a perfect 47 degree Fahrenheit. Across the street is the Aviator SmokeHouse serving North Carolina BBQ and delicious ribs. Next door is the Aviator Pizza– beer shop with a beer garden and rooftop deck.
