The joy of life is always present, but our awareness of that joy oscillates because of our practiced patterns of resistance to life.

The Intention of This Work:

Alex’s intention in her work is to help those who desire happiness to redirect their attention in ways that serve their wellbeing. She assists people in releasing resistance to life by sharing her experience-based knowledge of how life moves through us in the forms of thought, emotion, and experience. She helps people understand how to work with their attention, mind, body, and environment to help life force energy flow through them with more ease and therefore more joy.

Alex believes that attention and observation of the mind and awareness of the body are the most transformative factors in allowing change to happen naturally. We as human beings are physical extensions of love itself, and when we truly see and feel how our identification with our fear-based conditioned mind harms us, eventually the light of conscious attention transmutes our patterns of unconsciousness into expressions of love.
