What You'll Get
*6 Fundamental CrossFit Classes: Classes are Tuesdays and Thursday 3:30 PM or 6:30 PM. The 6 classes must be used before March 30, 2020.
The fundamental class is ideal for those athletes wishing to learn more about CrossFit and high intensity functional movements that will provide amazing health benefits for years to come!
The fundamentals classes will focus on introducing fundamental CrossFit movements, and to replicate the High Intensity movements to the athlete. Each class is a one-hour session consisting of stretching, warm-up, strength session, and a high intensity session, followed by a cool down.
*10 Pack CrossFit Classes can be used for any class schedule times. The classes must be used before March 30, 2020

What if I have never done CrossFit or HIIT before?
We realize that all athletes are at various skill levels and require varying degrees of coaching and monitoring. Until you feel comfortable with the movements and the workouts, we will work with you to fine scaleable options to ensure you are learning correct techniques while simultaneously getting an amazing workout! At Ayatti CrossFit, we never workout alone. By working with a small group of 10 athletes or less we give the personal attention that can’t be found at a large gym. Our coaches design different, fun workouts everyday and tailor it to each individual’s fitness level.
