Az Extreme Fit is a branch of Sunset Homeopathy: offering personal training, surfset training, health coaching and alternative medicine. The philosophy is based off total wellness being a number of specks on a wheel that together make a person whole and healthy.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Janel saw a need for something more than just another gym. She wanted to offer clients a safe haven where they can add on to their current treatment plan using all resources or pick and choose from different options available. Tailored to fit clients own personal needs.
What do you love most about your job?
Helping others feel great about themselves, and seeing how awesome they truly are.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
When the weight started falling off, she started realizing other stuff was coming together as well. It was a full circle affect. Her self esteem changed, her whole life changed and to be thanked for being a part of that was amazing. She did the real work, I was just there to show her that she could.
