Location and cleanliness ok. . I DID NOT RECEIVE wine nor powder in their Costa Mesa Location by 19th St & Harbor. I showed a picture of cut I wanted and lady did not speak English well, she insisted ethnicity had do to with type of hair for the style I was looking for. She did a regular cut and was not happy when I asked for a small touch up. Ultimately, was not even aware of Groupon offer. While cutting hair lady sprayed water and cut and blow dry more than once. Hair everywhere, the other guy eating and my service dog had hair on him. Poor poor- I DONT RECOMMEND LOCATION. Not of quality service.
