The staff was very unorganized. My fiancé and I wanted to get our pedicures done together, and they said we could not, even though there were no other customers at the time. We were a little put off by this, but agreed to have them done separately. The boss and a young girl are prepping my water, and the boss asks to see my Groupon voucher to see "which one I purchased" and tells me it's the lowest one and if I want to upgrade services for $20....(Um NO, I thought I purchased the best ones, since it says it's a $399.99 value) She then told me it would also be an additional $17 for polish while simultaneously giving the nail tech instructions on how to use the equipment. Mind you, they advertise 20 years of experience. My man and I were over it, and told her we would make an appointment another day just to get out of there and get a refund ASAP! When I go to try and request a refund, I find the voucher was marked as USED for all 3 pedi's purchased but NOT used. The young girl was sweet, and the boss seemed irritated because we were leaving, but I was not about to get even more ripped off. BUT the salon managed to still get over on me by not issuing my money back, instead I got "groupon bucks" which I can't use at other nail salons to get the pedi's I have been looking forward to. Very dissatisfied with the merchant owner and Groupon for the run around for a refund that never came to be.

Hair stylist was amazing. Did have to wait for an hour after my appointment. Also got my nails done and the owner did a horrible and I mean horrible job.

We stated your nails and you have to go to the hair appointment and then you came back to me at 8:30 pm and we close at 7 pm but still owner was tried her best to make you happy to perform the service according to your expectations. Only last part needed a little bit extra time that’s why you didn’t get charge for the service but you chose to pay half and asked to finish next day. She asked you to come tomorrow so we can finish the work. We do apologize we any inconvenience and we also contacted you to come and get it fixed for Free of charge including hair service. You are always welcome and sorry for any inconvenience from our side. Thank you
