It takes a long time to make a B-Skew’d meal, 24–48 hours to be exact. That’s how long every cut of select chicken, beef, and lamb marinates in their signature rub before hitting the open-flame grill, which brings out the unique flavors in the meat they cook. The cuts of meat are then served on skewers threaded with charred vegetables and fruits, in a cheesy wrap stuffed with seasoned rice, or in a rice bowl drizzled with a signature hot sauce. Burgers made from Angus beef are grilled in front of customers before being served on a brioche bun with cheese and choice of tomato, pickles, grilled onions, and lettuce.
The grill masters also create a “wild card” entree every day. By checking Facebook or the B-skew'd website, patrons can see what the creation is before they head over.
