Women strengthen their minds and bodies with prenatal and postpartum workout sessions. Each class combines a half-hour of expert-led discussion with 45-60-minute workout sessions that target core muscles and promote healthy breathing practices with Pilates, Yoga, cardio, and water resistance training exercises.

Pregnant women may begin classes after the first trimester or after the twelfth week of pregnancy, and post-partum mothers may begin any time 4–8 weeks after giving birth. Click here for more information.

Since 1987, Baby & Me Fitness's certified trainers have helped prepare pregnant women, new parents, and babies for childbirth and a new life together with safe and enlightening fitness classes and lectures. Expecting and new parents can attend discussions and workshops with extensively trained instructors and visiting guest speakers, where they’ll learn how to navigate the emotional, social, and physical demands of welcoming a child into the world. New moms can explore prenatal fitness classes with cardio and core training, yoga, Pilates, and water exercises to keep bodies healthy and strong for an easier labor. Postpartum regimens help mom’s body adjust after the birth with high-energy cardio, tension-melting yoga, and resistance workouts that use the baby’s own weight to strengthen the mother-child telepathic powers.

Love that baby can sit and play and kind of anything goes. You can stop whenever necessary to tend to your baby and then pick up in the class again.

i really enjoyed the classes and the teacher was also great . the only negative comment i have is that it had to be used in 35 days of first use.
