Women strengthen their minds and bodies during prenatal and postpartum fitness classes. Each class combines 30 minutes of expert-led discussion with 45- to 60-minute workouts, which target core muscles and promote healthy breathing. Classes use techniques from Pilates, yoga, cardio work, and water resistance training.
