Back Nine Grill
Only a stone's throw from Oak Hill Country Club, Back Nine Grill's name pays homage to a golf game's final holes. Under new management for over four years, it's led by Executive Chef Anthony Butera, who revamped the menu to highlight inventive American cuisine. Its interior, meanwhile, celebrates a wealth of other leisures, from the athletes on display on many flat-screen televisions to in-house dartboards. Along with the cheers of enthusiastic fans, the bar frequently fills with the tones of live music, while gentle breezes set the scene for feasts on the massive outdoor patio on sunny days.
Said feasts hail from Back Nine's creative chefs, who put their own inventive spin on classic bar food. Apple- and whiskey-infused kraut, for instance, is piled on Irish-style reubens, and fresh Maine lobster claw meat sits atop grilled flatbreads.
