About Back to Harmony Wellness Center
It's easy to imagine athletes, construction workers, or professional boulder-throwers needing therapy to address the physical stress they experience on an everyday basis. It's more difficult to imagine that other professions, such as office workers, can experience physical duress themselves just by sitting at a computer.
Back to Harmony Wellness Center's massage therapist, Marielle, seeks to reverse damage caused by remaining sedentary for hours on end. This includes everything from stiff backs to poor posture to fatigue, all of which can lead to substandard job performance. To fix these problems, she relies on a wide range of techniques, such as gentle deep-tissue massage, aromatherapy, and reflexology.
Marielle is also a certified massage instructor, offering Continued Education Units classes to massage therapists. She also offers one-on-one, corporate wellness, and ergonomics classes, classes in Qigong, a movement meditation form, and consultations in how to sit & stand in comfort at work.
