In the kids' outing package is there a time limit for how long you can stay? Is a reservation required or needed for a group of 8 kids? Are parents able to come in with them, and is there a charge for them? Thank you.

A:

Hi Lola! Thanks for your questions. The kids' outings and birthdays are usually capped at three hours. There are no reservations required, however space may be limited so call first if you are concerned. Parents are allowed with children free of charge.

Q:

I see that it says limit one but may buy 2 additional as gifts. If I bought 2 of the $45 deals could I use one with 5 kids and my husband use one with 5 kids. For example birthday party. It could be a gift for my son to have 9 of his friends with vs just 4.

Q:

I bought the 5 person packaging deal thinking I could use it for the lazer tag. I didn't realize the lazer mission was different. Is there any way to exchange this for the lazer tag session groupon instead?

Jodi  asked on  Oct 18, 2013

A:

Hi Jodi! No problem, contact Groupon customer support at (877) 788-7858 or go to www.groupon.com/customer_support and they will get you squared away.

Q:

Can you use this for a birthday party and can I buy more than one and use them together?

Rebekah m.  asked on  Oct 17, 2013

A:

Rebekah, Hello! You can use this however you would like, but don't confuse this with one of our birthday packages. You will not be able to reserve a table and there is no hostess. You can only purchase One of these for your use. I would strongly suggest you avoid Saturday and Sunday afternoons as table availability could become an issue for you.

Q:

Don't understand what this all includes with the $45 package? 5 kiddos can all play laser tag, have 1 pizza unlimited bounce house and bowling? thanks!

Jill F.  asked on  Oct 17, 2013

A:

Jill, Hello! The deal includes 5 Inflatable Fun Passes, 5 games of mini bowling, 10 Lasermaze missions and one large one topping pizza. To avoid confusion this deal does NOT offer any Laser Tag sessions. Lasermaze is a game where one or two people can play at once and try to navigate a room filled with lasers. Typically each mission takes about a minute to complete. Again there is no Laser Tag available with this package. Thanks!

Q:

I was thinking of buying this groupon and bring my son and his friends for his birthday next month. Am I still allowed to bring in a cake and a balloon bouquet without doing a "birthday package"? I don't need the host(ess) and all the other add on prizes, just a place for his friends to have fun, play, eat pizza and cake.

Harmony T.  asked on  Oct 17, 2013

A:

Harmony, We don't stop people from bringing a cake and balloons in. I would caution you that on Saturday and Sunday afternoons we become extremely busy and table availability can become an issue as our booked birthday parties and groups can take up most of our table seating. I would avoid those times if at all possible for the use of this package.

Q:

In the kids' outing package, it states 2 lazer maze missions. Does that mean only two people can play? Or does it mean each kid (up to 5) gets to do laser tag twice?

Jessica  asked on  Oct 16, 2013

A:

Each kid gets 2 lazer maze sessions.

Sammy T.  from  Groupon  replied on  Oct 17, 2013

A:

Jessica - the kids' outing package includes 2 laser maze missions for each person (so everyone gets 2 play the laser maze twice). Laser tag is not included in the kids' outing. Laser maze and laser tag are 2 different attractions. Thanks!!

Q:

Can the 10 sessions be spread among 5 people. What is the age range that can use the laser tag sessions?

Laura J.  asked on  Oct 17, 2013

A:

Laura, The 10 sessions can be split up at your discretion. We recommend the Lasertag for age 7 and older.

Q:

In the kids outing, is there a time limit on how long you can stay? Do you need to make a reservation for a group of 8? I assume the skee ball, video games etc are all at additional cost?? Thank you

Lola B.  asked on  Oct 17, 2013

A:

Lola. Greetings! The inflatable fun passes are good all day until closing so there is no time frame on the deal. No reservation is needed for inflatables, Lasermaze or mini bowling. However it might be smart to call ahead and see how busy we are. We become extremely busy in the winter months on Saturday and Sunday afternoons (say between noon and 5pm). If you want to avoid the crowds, I would stay away from those times.

Q:

Would all laser tag sessions need to be used at one time?

Susan P.  asked on  Oct 17, 2013

A:

Susan. Hello! No you do not have to use all the LT sessions at one time. When you come in with your Groupon (either on paper or your smart phone), you will receive a Badger Fun Card that will be loaded with the Lasertag Sessions and you can use them at your discretion. It is always suggested that you make reservations for the LaserTag. Thanks much!
