Bado's Cucina

Bado's Cucina understands that food is not merely sustenance, but an important part of community and family tradition. That's why his rustic restaurant is warmed by a traditional wood-fired stone hearth, and his pizzas and flatbreads are made with the same recipe for dough that he kneaded as a child in his Italian grandmother's kitchen. Visitors to Bado's Cucina watch chefs in the open kitchen bake toasty flatbreads, whip up homemade bread puddings, or hand-toss pizzas. These sights and smells send patrons on a culinary tour of the Italian peninsula, featuring a carefully selected lineup of pastas, roasted seasonal veggies, wood-fired salmon, and lamb chops.

Customer Reviews

Be sure to take your own vino and enjoy the great wood-fired cuisine and ambience.

Overall experience was good. Food was excellent... Although a tapas style menu, if your hungry, you need to be prepared to order food "Tapas Style" 1 thru 3 to feel as though you actually ate a full meal. Pricing not unreasonable but seemed a little pricey for certain apps or dishes., e.g., lamb dish was litteraly about 3 adult bites. Very delicious, but portion seemed a bit small for the price.
