Waterslides were invented to transport busy CEOs quickly between bicoastal meetings and midday luaus. Hitch a watery ride and preserve your work clothes with today's Groupon: for $20, you get two admissions and two combo meals at Bahama Beach Waterpark (up to a $43.50 value). The water park operates Tuesday–Sunday all summer, and is open July 4 but closed July 5.

The hydrated attractions at Bahama Beach Waterpark glide visitors down sky-high slides, through tubular chutes, and along a crawling lazy river. Commandeer a solo inner tube or buddy up aboard a two-person tube as you jet through the spiraling slopes of the 45-foot Riptipe Slide. Fearless amphibians can harness H2O's velocity headfirst down the 300-foot, four-lane Tortuga's Express, or settle heated disputes with liquid missiles at the Water Wars attractions, which pits two teams against each other in balloon-bursting battle. Bahama Beach strives for safe swimming with a first-aid station, certified lifeguards, and a strict no-crocodile policy.

Sate soaked taste buds with a bite from Bahama Bob's Island Eatery, which dishes cheeseburgers (a $4.50 value), pepperoni pizza (a $3.75 value/slice) or chili nachos (a $3.50 value), each upgraded to combo with a 24-ounce fountain drink and either chips (a $2.50 value) or french fries (a $3.50 value).

Though Bahama Beach Waterpark features discounted prices online, today's Groupon still offers the best deal available.

Bahama Beach Waterpark

Bahama Beach Waterpark draws visitors to its cooling oasis filled with soaking attractions. Visitors go to the park, which is just a 10-minute trip from downtown Dallas, to lounge in inner tubes as they bob on the serene current of the Calypso Cooler Lazy River. Children join in the action and race through the nearby Coconut Cove, a rainforest-style playground with rope ladders, slides, and a 1,000-gallon dumping bucket. Two intertwined slides, the Riptide Slide and Bahama Bullet, descend from a 45-foot-high platform, and the nearby Bermuda Triangle's trio of open and closed slides deposits riders into a high-speed splashdown.

Bahama Bob's Island Eatery crafts a full menu of sandwiches, burgers, and snacks for diners, and the Island Traders store dispenses necessities such as sunscreen, locker rentals, and emergency rubber duckies. The park also offers party-sized seating, including group pavilions and private cabanas.
