  • For $17, you get a pizza party package (up to a $38.97 total value). The package feeds four to six people and includes the following items:
  • Two 12-inch pizzas (up to a $29.98 value)

  • For $9, you get $20 worth of dine-in Mexican fusion fare from the menu.<p>

At Baja Grill, chefs draw inspiration from the gastronomic customs of California and Mexico to craft innovative dishes with fresh ingredients and robust spices. Patrons who select the pizza party package can appraise the roster of appetizers and draft picks such as guacamole with corn or flour chips, or mini pork tostadas topped with fried beans and smoked pork footballs. Baked at Baja Grill or at home, a pair of pizzas begin with a 12-inch flatbread crust and rise with uncommon toppings including buffalo sauce, roasted red peppers, or cilantro lime aioli. The Pollo Loco pizza combines white queso with chicken, jalapeños, and poblano sauce, whereas the distinctly Southern barbecue chicken pizza includes bacon and a rich, smoky sauce. For patrons who dine in, the menu presents a number of house specialties including baja fajitas—a stir-fried rainbow of bell peppers and onions served on a skillet as sizzling hot as tableside debates about the relative virtues of hard- and soft-shell tortillas.

Baja Grill

Baja Grill plucks inspiration from the intersecting customs of California and Mexico to craft innovative dishes such as smoked pork carnitas and poblano peppers stuffed with tender shrimp and crab. The Californian influences are particularly evident in the restaurant’s focus on fresh seafood—aside from the aforementioned peppers, the menu features blackened shrimp enchiladas and, curiously, spicy jalapeño crab rangoon. The kitchen throws another delicious curveball with its selection of flatbread pizzas, which provide 12 inches of shade from the desert sun and harbor such uncommon toppings as buffalo sauce, cilantro-lime aioli, and salsa.

Customer Reviews

Great food! Wish the location was easier to see/find.

I liked the old menu better. Was disappointed with the changes on the new menu. I enjoyed all the choices previously, and everything i asked about was now off the new menu. Food is still good though.
