Baked's owners firmly believe that even families who are constantly on the go should be able to gather together over a quality meal. That's why the creators of Atlanta tapas restaurant Red Sky decided to open Baked, a place where chefs craft healthy to-go fare for a population of busy families, giving them "precious time to create quality moments and memories, instead of creating a mess to clean." Staff members constantly refresh the menu with family-favorite comfort foods, such as mac 'n' cheese, composed of penne in white-cheddar sauce, and shrimp with stone-ground grits. A separate kids' section caters to small mouths, and a dessert menu to sweet teeth. Ready-to-eat feasts are often coupled with boutique wines that arrive in cute bags and boxes ferried right to car windows by friendly employees, and the chefs donate leftovers to local nonprofits instead of just eating them all themselves.
