Baked in Kansas City
Naturally, you'd expect a place called Baked in Kansas City to boast a tremendous lineup of fine breads and pastries. And the eatery delivers on its name. Baking ovens turn out breads such as a classic French baguettes, Jewish rye and braided loaves of egg-and-butter brioche. Pastry aficionados can tear into made-from-scratchtreats such as almond croissants, ham and cheese croissants, pecan bars and assorted macarons, muffins and coffee cakes.
Nor does Baked in Kansas City limit itself to baked goods. Baked offers craft beers, wines and cocktails as well as classic brunch and lunch line ups from 7am daily. The menu includes their avocado benedict, steak and egg croissant and the BKC burger served on a house-made brioche bun.
