With more than 20 years of dance and Pilates experience, Balance Barre founder Brittany Bendall leads a barre class designed to strengthen, tighten, and tone your muscles. Burn calories and develop long, lean muscles with her signature barre class. You don’t have to be a dancer to look like one!
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
At Balance Barre we work your muscles to fatigue, which means performing multiple exercises to target each area we want to tone: arms, thighs, seat, and core. By constantly changing the moves and targeting the muscles from different angles, your body won’t know what hit it until the class is over!
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Barre classes are highly effective. low-impact way to train your body. We love the fusion of dance, Pilates, and yoga in one low-impact, high-energy workout. We want you to achieve your best body with this workout!
