In most cases, a 95-degree room would not be conducive to learning—unless you're attending Balance Yoga Barre's Hot Yoga Flow class. Each session increases blood flow and torches calories while flushing toxins from the body. Through a mix of Pilates principles and high-intensity interval training, participants sculpt long lean muscle mass, burn fat, and increase fitness levels while creating a stronger core and boosting flexibility in a 85- or 95-degree heated room. Those who prefer cooler settings can opt for Hot Yoga Flow, a blend of many different styles, or barre classes, which incorporate ballet moves along with yoga and Pilates.
