The boot-camp fitness program is valid for two sessions per week for four weeks, for a total of eight. Classes are about 60 minutes long, and there are two classes available. A "Long & Lean" cardio class runs on Tuesday and Thursday from 5 a.m. to 6 a.m., which focuses on high-intensity interval training, while a bootcamp class runs Tuesday and Thursday from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. For the bootcamp class, patrons should bring two sets of hand weights—one light and one heavy—a towel, and a bottle of water. Weights are not needed for the cardio class. The nutrition plan provides 30 days of menu plans—three meals and a snack—grocery-shopping lists, and a healthy-eating guide.

Balanced Body Bootcamp

Balanced Body Bootcamp founder Kristen Poczulp, a certified personal trainer, leads a team of fitness buffs at two locations. Eschewing the issues that frustrated her at conventional gyms, Kristen and her trainers rely on group motivation and accountability to motivate women to keep their commitments to exercise and end unhealthy relationships with the snooze button.
