They do not like Groupon. I objected to being charged $55 extra for toner and was told “do you know how much our balayage usually costs?.” Used a bright red I didn’t want. No haircut only trim Wasn’t allowed to choose the color I wanted and instead given a loud purple red. The voucher included a haircut and was instead given a cursory dry cut trim. They couldn’t wait to get me out of the door.
