A Chat with Personal Training by Jamie - Baltimore Cross Fitness
What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We are a personal training facility. There are no gym memberships. Every time you come to BCF, it is to work with a specialist with at least four years of experience in strength and conditioning.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We are extremely positive at BCF! We are always building people up. Get ready to hear a lot of “great,” “awesome!” and “good job!” We are always there for a high five or fist pound after a tough set. Additionally, we look ahead to our short term goals every session and stay focused daily habits.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
The gyms that I was working in after college only provided a 25-minute training session. The clients wanted more instruction on nutrition and the gym was only focused on the bottom line. Training fewer people, but having a bigger impact is my vision.
What do you love most about your job?
I look forward to Mondays! Helping people feel better and be healthier is rewarding in itself. Working out makes people more productive and creative. We get to learn about ourselves through training. And the better I get to know my clients, the better that I can train them.
