Q:

Is this Yoga program appropriate for people over 60?

Beth S.  asked on  Nov 10, 2012

A:

Hi Beth, while this varies from person to person based on a variety of health/lifestyle factors, there's no reason you wouldn't be able to participate and enjoy the benefits of this Groupon! If you have any concerns, I recommend speaking to your doctor to see if this would be right for you.

A:

Hi Beth, I would definately recommend the therapeutic 9:15 am Sunday morning class as almost everyone in there is over 60 and doing a wonderful practice! Also I have several people in other classes over 60, mixed level and beginners.

Q:

Hi - this deal says only open to students who have not used services in the last 6 months. I have been to 2 BYV community classes but neither of them were the classes purchased with this groupon (those taught by Anjali Sunita). Am I eligible to participate?

magda p.  asked on  Nov 10, 2012

A:

Hi Magda, unfortunately you would not be eligible. You're only eligible to redeem this Groupon, if you haven't used any services by this business in the past 6 months.
