Thank you for your very useful help and advice with my purchase, plus making it very easy to use my Groupon, since I only had the numbers with me, but not a printout.

What You'll Get

Most people know better than to judge a book by its cover, but that hasn’t stopped publishers from plastering shirtless vampires all over underselling copies of the Farmers' Almanac. Stock up on eye-catching titles with today’s Groupon: for $12, you get $25 of new and rare books at Bank of Books.

At Bank of Books, bibliophiles can browse more than 5,000 square feet of new, rare, and out-of-print tomes that range from New York Times bestsellers to uncommon first editions. Utilize the store's comprehensive search engine to pinpoint recently bound copies of Suzanne Collins's Hunger Games ($8.99) or Stieg Larsson's The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo ($9.50), or locate hard-to-find copies of John Grisham's first pop-up children's book. Readers can travel to fantastical worlds by diving into the pages of George R.R. Martin's A Dance With Dragons ($35.00) or ponder the meaning of life while exploring the chapters of Todd Burpo's Heaven Is For Real: A Little Boy's Astounding Story of His Trip to Heaven and Back ($16.99). Like a subconscious passion for musty scents, Bank of Books' helpful staff is determined to help patrons develop the book collections of their dreams.

About Bank of Books

Ever since his parents opened a bookstore in 1954, Clarey Rudd's life has revolved around the written word. Clarey owned and managed 24 bookstores between 1974 and 1996 before depositing a life’s worth of knowledge into Bank of Books, where the next generation of Rudds joins in the family business by sorting and shipping more than 200,000 new, used, and rare titles dating back to the 1600s. A veritable potpourri of genres greets visitors at the two-level store, and that’s only the tip of the iceberg. The Rudd clan restocks the shelves daily, sending excess titles to a warehouse where more than 2 million additional books reside.

The Rudds have no problem helping interested parties hunt down everything from new releases to ancient manuals. They keep Bank of Books filled with works from local authors and national bestsellers, even saving some space for local artists to exhibit and sell their work.
