The fitness instructors at Bar Cardio understand this, and so they answer the call of active adults with Zumba, yoga, and other fitness sessions designed for exercisers of all shapes, sizes, and fitness levels. Class schedules differ slightly from month to month, but they typically include classes seven days a week, which gives those with busy schedules ample opportunity to move and groove with a group. There are 13 class options available, including Cardio Tap, Zumba, and sessions that target specific muscle groups, such as the Butt & Gut class.
