Bare Bones BBQ and Jerk revels in the laid-back vibe of good old-fashioned barbecue, whipping up its meals in a stripped-down space with chalkboard menus. But that doesn't mean it takes barbecue lightly. After all, their motto is, "If it's not falling off the bone, it's not seasoned to the bone!" They prepare all meats in-house, putting in the time necessary to make them juicy and bursting with smoky flavor. Dedication shows in the sides, too, with mac and cheese, apple cornbread muffins drizzled with a honey cinnamon glaze and brisket which is our signature bbq item.
