In your own words, how would you describe your menu?
A wide assortment of all-natural and organic meats and vegan options ranging from elk, bison, wild boar, turkey, chicken and beef to black bean patties and sweet potato and wild rice burgers with plenty of gluten-free options as well. Don't forget about our delicious snacks, salads, and award-winning shakes.
Are there any dishes on the menu you consider to be a hidden gem—not necessarily the most popular, but surprisingly delicious?
If getting the Grindhouse Burger, always add extra brisket. We have a secret menu, but you have to come in to find out about it.
Do you adhere to any sustainable or eco-friendly practices?
Everything in the restaurant is either reclaimed or recycled. Everything from the reclaimed tin ceiling to the energy efficient hand dryers to the super comfy reclaimed vinyl booths are there to provide our guests as well as be better for the community experience.
