Again, we loved the menu and had trouble choosing...We wish Barista Cafe all the best as they become established in the Valley....The waitress attire is a cute idea, but could you reserve that for "after hours" events (sports bar events?) and modify for daytime service or perhaps some catering events?

Due to competition in the general area, I think if they had beer and wine to offer it would enhance their business.

What You'll Get

Eating healthy doesn't always require counting calories—just remember that "green" rhymes with "lean" and "fried" rhymes with "died." Nosh mnemonically with this Groupon.

Choose Between Two Options

  • $10 for $20 worth of café food for dinner
  • $7 for $15 worth of café food for breakfast or lunch

Served from 6 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., breakfast includes toast, wraps, bagels, or croissants stuffed with hearty combinations, such as the eggs, sausage, ham, bacon, and cheddar cheese in the Hangover ($6.99). From 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., servers deliver healthful eats such as the strawberry-spinach salad with poppy seeds ($5.79 for a small; $7.69 for a large) and the Dirty South sandwich, packed with cajun grilled chicken, cheese, roasted sweet red pepper, and thousand island dressing ($9.89).

Barista Cafe

Although Barista Cafe has been making headlines with its scantily clad servers—women dressed in bikini-like ensembles—the menu's fresh, healthful cuisine remains the backbone of the business. Instead of frying or dipping ingredients in a natural lake of frosting, the café’s cooks fold them into nutritious meals at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The Jump Start, a smorgasbord of eggs, ham, bacon, green chilies, pepper jack cheese, and salsa, gets mornings underway when paired with a steaming cup of coffee. For later meals, efficient service and to-go options ensure ample time to devour salads, sandwiches, and wraps, such as the Hawaiian Tropic, which is stuffed with grilled chicken, pineapple, and a housemade soy-dijon sauce.
