About Pioneer

If you’re going to name your company Pioneer, you better back it up. Fortunately for the electronics firm with that name, it has done so for several decades, designing innovations that soon became ubiquitous, such as the laser disc (a precursor to CDs and DVDs), automotive CD player, car GPS, DVD player, and plasma HD display.
