Paola is a very kind person who is passionate about what she does and does everything possible to make the client leave happy. I had the keratin procedure and cut!! I'm happy ! The hair was BRILLIANT, hydrated, a very good product that you use!! and the cut that shaped my hair was spectacular!!!! my hairstyle has shape now! I didn’t like the product used for my keratin treatment. Paola is very sweet and that’s the reason for my additional star. The product used made my hair extremely greasy and paper like. I was asked to keep it for 3 days. After my first wash, hair was still paper like. Not smooth or soft and I have done keratin over 15 times.
Don’t recommend Keratin. Or maybe check the product used before hand.
