With classes ranging from the dance primer Be Ballet to Sir Mix-A-Lot favorite Wholly Barre Butt, Barre Elements helps women incorporate ballet's most powerful tools, including isotonic and isometric exercises, into their regular workouts. The standard class, Be Barre, is a no-impact routine that burns fat as it tones the arms, thighs, glutes, and abs. And of the more adventurous offerings, Be Fusion combines modern dance and Pilates to promote body control and strength. These classes build muscles by working them to the point of fatigue, then incorporating stretching to elongate and strengthen them. Another workout is an one-hour, non-impact, align-based routine that seeks to target specific areas to burn fat, sculpt and tone an elongated, sleeker body. Barre Elements offers several benefits, including a stronger core and defined abs, improved posture, mental focus, physical balance, and stress relief.
