Good work out. Loved the instructor. Fun times (no, not really as it was a lot of work)!

What You'll Get

Working out with a group means you always have someone to spot you, someone to cheer you on, and someone to rip your shirt for you if your muscles aren't growing fast enough. Find strength in numbers with this Groupon.

Choose Between Two Options

  • $35 for five Stay Strong boot-camp classes (a $75 value), held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m.
  • $499 for a six-week NFL-style strength-training program (a $1,500 value)

The NFL-style program begins with an initial session on September 8, during which participants participate in NFL Scouting Combine events such as the 40-yard dash, vertical jump, bench press, and cone drills. For the next six weeks, participants attend strength-training sessions on Mondays at 7 p.m. and speed and agility sessions on Saturdays at 8 a.m. At the end of the program, participants will run through the same Combine events to chart their improvement. Throughout the six weeks, the trainers will make an effort to arrange a makeup session for those who are not able to attend a scheduled session.
