I thoroughly enjoyed the salt room and I indeed feel more relaxed after arc. Staff were friendly and courteous. Did a nice job explaining set up, purpose and benefit. I would definitely use this service again.

Absolutely loved this place and will be back again. Experienced the salt cabin and a 30 minute facial. Tina was wonderful and explained the applications and benefits. My skin feels amazing 2 days later. Top notch service and products!

An incredible experience! Very professional and didn't feel pressured into making purchase and was provided excellent information to assist in my purchase decision. The facial and dermabrasion made me feel like a million bucks. Definitely will be coming back for more!

Staff are nice. Not a lot of personal service- went for salt room and needed to ask how long to soak feet vs explanation of time or purpose. Need to schedule long in advance- long wait time. Did not feel the salt as had times before and received no benefit at this visit vs previous times. Place is very clean and uplifting.

I was disappointed in the whole experience, even at a discounted rate. Per the picture used for their salt cave advertising -- there is no faux fireplace, no cushy chair, no robe and no TV on wall. You are welcomed with a pan of hot water, told to soak your feet, given hospital shoe covers for your feet, go into the salt room in your street clothes and sit in a patio chair in a complete upright position with no recline option. Not very relaxing and certainly not the experience I was expecting per the advertisement. Additionally, afterwards I browsed their products for about 20 minutes. As a new "potential" client, I would have thought someone would have approached me to ask if I had questions or needed assistance. Instead I left and out of 3 people working at the time -- not one said good bye or thank you. Won't be going back even though they offer some intriguing products.
