They were 10 minutes late for my appointment which I did not appreciate. Also, they have unisex bathrooms which are always disgusting but especially so in a medical office.

I've been there a few times, the staff is re exceptional, caring and always address the concerns "I" have and not just what they suggest. Dr Bassin is super friendly and skilled! I would absolutely recommend them
