- SPA POLICIES:
- Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled treatment.
- Upon arrival, please remain in your vehicle, call to let the spa know you have arrived and they will call you when you should enter the lobby, your service provider will be waiting for you. A late arrival will deprive you of some or all of your treatment.
- A mask is required when inside the spa. Masks are required during a massage treatment except when face down.
- Masks are not required in the mud room or private cool-down room. All staff will be wearing masks.
- Please bring a personal water bottle for use during your treatment.
- Hand sanitizer/handwashing will be performed prior to each treatment/service by both guest and employee.
- A COVID-19 health information and liability waiver form will be presented at check-in as well as temperature screening.
- Only credit card transactions are accepted, cash is no longer an acceptable form of payment.
- CANCELLATIONS:
- If you have experienced COVID-19 symptoms in the past 14 days or have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive in the past 14 days, will need to be rescheduled, no fee will be charged.
- Appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 72 hours prior to appointment will be charged the full treatment price.
- GRATUITIES:
- A 20% service fee will be added at the time of the visit on the pre-discounted amount of the Groupon purchase. A COVID-19 surcharge of $8 per service will be added to your bill to cover a portion of the additional cleaning, sanitizing, and PPE required to keep you safe by CDC and iSpa guidelines.
