Q:

Hi! It says "Limit 2 per person" which could mean that I could take 2 sets of classes back to back, but in a reply to another question, you say that "you cannot turn around and get another six week session". I'm confused! What does "Limit 2 per person" mean?

Mitra M.  asked on  Apr 2, 2012

A:

Hi Mitra, You actually can take it twice if you like, but usually people buy two and bring a second person. When people want to continue with classes after Acting for Non-Actors they usually advance to the Acting for Fun class or the Meisner class. However, there is no rule against taking the same class over. The groupon only applies to the Acting for Non-Actors class.

Q:

I just paid for this but I do not know how to get April 22 class at 430 Mason....I am in Mexico until that date.

mary V.  asked on  Mar 31, 2012

A:

You can enroll by logging onto bayareaacting.com and clicking on the enroll tab. Scroll down to the class you want and click the "sign up now" button. There will be a field for inputting your groupon number at the end of the enrollment process.

Q:

Hello, I am VERY interested in taking some of your classes with the 73% off Groupon Ad that I just read in my email, however when I log in a date (or dates) that I am interested in taking a class and I have tried several (all the way into June) it keeps giving me a response "No classes or training sessions planned"? Again this is all the way into June? Is there perhaps a glitch in your system? And if so, could you tell me what days, hours might be available in May? If you could let me know I would really appreciate hearing back from someone. I have a commercial planned for this summer and I would ideally LOVE some classes to help with that, and other acting jobs I will be trying out for. You may reach me back at my email address LenHandeland@aol.com Many thanks! I look forward to hearing back from someone! Len Handeland

A:

That's an odd glitch. We certainly do have classes running, though some have filled already. The Thursday evening 8:30-10:00 class still has an opening in SF. The Tuesday evening 8:30-10:00 class in San Jose also has openings. Please feel free to call us at (415) 322-8464, and I will help you over the phone.

Q:

What time are the classes in the Downtown and SOMA locations? If I miss a class can I make it up or is it six weeks straight?

Amit M.  asked on  Mar 31, 2012

A:

Currently, the adult classes are at the Capp st. location in the Mission. The downtown location (Mason) is for the kids classes and the SOMA location has not been scheduled yet. The series is a six week straight unit. Unfortunately we are not able to do make-ups.

Q:

The rules say "Limit 1 per visit," yet the deal says a six week class for $75. HOW MANY SESSIONS DO YOU GET FOR $75 ???

Edward L.  asked on  Mar 31, 2012

A:

You get six classes. One per visit means you cannot turn around and get another six week session or do two simultaneously.
