Yes whenever we run a Groupon deal we get flooded with hundreds of people calling daily to ask questions. The voice mail does fill up and keeps filling up and 99% of the questions can be answered by reading the web site or you can email us we are happy to get back to you, but we are out sailing much of the time and we do not have an office staff. I am one person who captains the boat and can't return all the calls which is why we have an on-line booking system for reservations, calendar and directions, what to wear and bring parking info etc are all on the web site.
