A:

Yes kids are welcome. We do not have children's prices they are the same as adult seats and they must wear life jacksets that we provide

A:

Yes whenever we run a Groupon deal we get flooded with hundreds of people calling daily to ask questions. The voice mail does fill up and keeps filling up and 99% of the questions can be answered by reading the web site or you can email us we are happy to get back to you, but we are out sailing much of the time and we do not have an office staff. I am one person who captains the boat and can't return all the calls which is why we have an on-line booking system for reservations, calendar and directions, what to wear and bring parking info etc are all on the web site. If you can't find the answer to your question on the web site then please email me.

You mentioned kids are welcome. Does this also apply to an infant (4-month old)? If yes, would we need to get a ticket for the infant as well (although he would not need a seat)?

A:

infants do not need a ticket. Just keep in mind the Bay is cold and windy and if they baby is unhappy you are on the boat for the duration of the cruise as we cannot let you off sort of like an airplane.

Your website says that you do not sail on holidays, specifically "Memorial Day", but that does that include the Friday of Memorial Day Weekend? We are flying in from out of town for only that weekend, so I am hesitant to buy it if I cannot confirm that Friday, May 24 is available for the sunset sail. Thank you so much!! I hope we can come!!

I would not consider Friday the holiday and we should be sailing the evening however I have not posted the May schedule yet and so I never know until then if we will sail for sure that day as we sometimes book privately.

A:

Whenever we do a Groupon run we get flooded with calls and can't return them all. The web site has a calendar with the schedule and times. We only show March and April and then in April it rolls over to May and so forth. We do not put the schedule out further than two months.

Do the Full Moon cruises take you under the Golden Gate bridge and past alcatraz as well??

A:

I never promise a route because it maybe foggy at the bridge or Alcatraz, but yes in general we try to sail under the Golden Gate and around or near Alcatraz Island for our public sails. Sailing is not an exact science so it really depends on the wind and current the day of the sail.

No if you read the offer it should say Friday and Sat sunset sails. We do full moon sails which sometimes end up falling on a weekday, but generally they are week end cruises.

I think if you read the offer it says one year so yes you can use in summer or fall, but we do not take reservations more than one or two months in advance.

Each Groupon is valid for two people. You would need to purchase two Groupons for four people ($80).
