Didn't take the screens off to clean. Ruined a cat bed because they didn't move it. Hard to set up an appointment. Overall a terrible job.

They clean your windows with a pole brush and deionized water. I have seen where others use this process as well. Quality depends on the worker. In my case, so-so. The worst part was he missed most of the windows on the second floor that I did not notice until much later. I believe this was due to the lack of a ladder as there is no way to reach them with a pole. FYI - brush and deionized water only, no squeegee, everything around and below gets wet. OK if you want a basic clean and rinse.
