Q:

I read on yelp reviews that several people using groupons in the past had issues redeeming their groupon if it was purchased before 24 hrs of visiting the park & then made to pay taxes at gate when it was proved that it could be used before 24hrs...also there were problems with entering an attraction more than once with a groupon ticket...Are there rules and stipulations like these attached to this groupon that we will encounter once in the park?

Dayna L.  asked on  Aug 3, 2013

A:

Sometimes if a groupon is purchased the day of and is not in our system yet it can be an issue. The only reason we say 24 hours is to ensure no trouble on either end. Tax and Gratuities are not inclusive as stated in the groupon voucher itself and are paid upon arrival. There are no issues in using the groupon when entering an attraction more then once.

Q:

1 ) According to tyour website it looks like there is no height requirement for the Rock Climbing and for the Bungee Bounce (at least I don't see it listed like it is for the other attractions). Is that correct? 2) Is it ok to purchase 2 sets of the Two 2-day unlimited passes (4 tickets total) and use them for a family of 4 (I just want to make sure because it says you can buy 1 set for yourself and 1 as a gift)? Thanks

Eric S.  asked on  Aug 2, 2013

A:

For Rock Climbing you must be at least fifty pounds in weight to comfortably be challenged. For the Bungie Bounce, you must be at least 20 pounds to comfortably challenge that attraction. You are allowed to use one groupon per visit per day.
