I’m not sure what you all were expecting. She suggests you redeem all your sessions! She was trained by the National Laser Institute for goodness sake! Plus, her area is cleaned weekly by the Yeager corporation!!! Not sure what happened with the scheduling but IT DOESNT MATTER! As I recall, Groupon has no rules. Peace out.

Bonnie is very sweet and informative. She explained the whole process of micro needling before the procedure. During the process she explained every step and was gentle. I cant wait for my next appointment! I definitely recommend!

Not what I expected. I was looking for a pampering facial, and a good chemical peel. This is a MILD chemical peel, and not that kind of facial. Nice lady though
