    • 7:30 a.m.-7:45 a.m.: Sprint Triathlon Starts
    • 7:15 a.m.: Olympic Waves Start
    • 7:30 a.m.: Sprint Waves Start
    • 8:30 a.m.: Swim Cut-Off
    • 9:15 a.m.: Awards will begin as soon as results are ready
    • 12:30 p.m.: Bike Cut-Off
    • 3:30 p.m.: Run Cut-Off / Course Closed
