They arrived early within their appointment arrival time window, and completed the job quickly. We did have to pay an additional fee for animal deodorizing, but that is clearly stated in the confirmation emails. Overall happy with our experience.

I paid for 3 rooms at 300 sq. ft + hallway. When the technician arrived, he immediately told me the job was way more than what the Groupon covered. I knew I had a very dirty carpet, so this wasn't a major surprise. However, I feel the extra $200 I was charged totally ignored the fact that I only asked for cleaning of just over 300 sq. ft (not 3 rooms).
I was assured before the tech left that the carpet looked 100% better than when he had arrived. I would have said maybe 50% better. He said to wait 48 hours before vacuuming, because the enzymes were still working. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and hoped things would look better after I vacuumed. Unfortunately, after waiting the 2 days as instructed, the carpet wasn’t any cleaner than when he left.
I would give a 2-star rating except for the fact that I had another carpet cleaner come in with a steam cleaner. Like Be Green Carpet Cleaning, CC Magic was unable to get the worst stains out. However, when Gary left, the carpet was much cleaner with only three extra heavy traffic areas still showing staining. All the other stains were gone.
If you have a very dirty carpet, I don’t recommend using Be Green Carpet Cleaning. The equipment they use just swishes the dirt around. I didn’t see the tech use any extraction equipment. Maybe my vacuum was supposed to do that. However, it didn’t.
