What was the inspiration to start or run this business? This city, although chaotic at times, can be very beautiful if we stand still and enjoy it, and I feel yoga helps us to achieve that.

What do you love most about your job? I get to not only help others in their practice, but it is constantly teaching me and reminding me to slow down and enjoy.
