It’s sad that issues in the past have left the owner with such a fearful perspective. There are all kinds of signs with her rules and regulations. You have to pay before service because she is afraid of being stiffed. She doesn’t really give advice or input. Her shampooing is pretty intense but she didn’t seem to notice me wincing. I wouldn’t return because the vibe is really negative.

It is our policy to have our clients pay upfront in order to receive a service. Even when booking online. If you had any issues it was not brought to our attention. Noell is an artist and takes it very seriously and is upfront and honest which you rarely find. She did an amazing job with my cut and color and I found out she also is a professional photographer and got a preview of her work. Not only will I return for my hair but future family photos as well!
