So glad we booked with BeachBoyzMiami! I would give them 10⭐️s if it allowed me. Everything went super smooth. We booked the 1-hour jet ski + boat ride and got our confirmation with clear instructions right away. Showed up, checked in without any confusion, and were out on the water in no time. The staff was chill, explained everything clearly, and didn’t hit us with any surprise fees. Me and my wife had an absolute blast! It was her first time on a jet ski and now she won’t stop talking about it 😂 Will def book again next time we’re in Miami!

Rescheduled us twice, Werent able to accommodate our availability. Was not able to use voucher while in town, yet they still redeemed it. They will also charge you 100% of service price without rendering services. I recommend Soflo extreme Jetskis or even Miami Beach Downtown Watersports. They're more professional.

They gave me an appointment time on Saturday 6/14/25 but once I and my family arrived we were told they were full. Then we rescheduled for Sunday 6/15/25 and they tried to get $580 more out of us for a 3hour event when we only signed up for a one hour event and we got swindled out of $82 and an jet ski experience that my kids wanted child on vacation. Very disappointing!
