Each day, clients tackle a new Workout of the Day, or WOD, based on CrossFit’s principles of varied, functional strength. Though the workouts never repeat, they often contain moves such as running, weightlifting, calisthenics, bodyweight exercises, kettlebells, and gymnastics-inspired exercises.
