Our trainers don't just have certificates, they have degrees. We understand how to program workouts over a period of time to guarantee results and safety. BEAST is dedicated to helping all individuals achieve their goals. Every one will be treated with care & priority no matter the circumstance.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Our training has a lot of variety with competition in every workout to keep our clients motivated. We also require that everyone sign up for a competition a few months out to keep them working towards a goal.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
As BEAST owners/trainers and ex collegiate athletes, we had a lot of injuries that could have been prevented with sound programming and proper coaching. We want to offer everyone the opportunity to train safely and efficiently in order to obtain their goals to keep their health & fitness priority.

What do you love most about your job?
We LOVE to see our clients achieve their goals and all their hard work pay off!
